After cleansing (and toning, if you use a toner), remove one sheet mask from the packaging and carefully apply it to your face, aligning with eyes, nose, and mouth. Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes (some sources note 10–20 minutes depending on skin need). Remove the mask and gently pat or press the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed. Use 1–2 times per week, or as needed, particularly when skin is irritated, oily, or breakout-prone.
