Begin with a cleansed and toned face.

Remove the mask from its packaging and unfold the sheet.

Apply the mask evenly to your face, aligning it with eyes, nose, and mouth.

Leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes.

Remove the mask sheet and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed — do not rinse.
