After cleansing (and toning / moisturising as part of your usual nighttime routine), apply a thin, even layer of the mask over the entire face — avoiding the eyes, lips and hairline.

Wait for the mask to dry completely (around 15 minutes) before going to bed.

Leave it on overnight. In the morning, gently peel off the film from the edges or rinse off with lukewarm water.
