345 Relief Cream is a lightweight gel-cream from Dr. Althea. It provides gentle relief for skin that’s dry, sensitive or recovering from blemishes and barrier disruption. It’s formulated to soothe irritation, support the moisture barrier and even skin tone, thanks to key actives like niacinamide and panthenol. The texture absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling smooth, calm and hydrated without heavy residue. Free from artificial colours and fragrance, it’s suitable for vegan and cruelty-free skincare routines.

After cleansing and applying toner (and any serums), take a moderate amount of the cream.

Gently smooth the cream over face (and neck if desired), and pat lightly until fully absorbed.

Use in the morning and/or evening. Morning use should be followed by SPF.

For areas of extra dryness or irritation, you may apply a slightly thicker layer (for example, overnight) to deeply soothe and repair.

Note: Do not forget to do a patch test when trying any new product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and observe for any reaction before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
