Apply as the final step of the morning skincare routine, after moisturiser and before makeup if applicable.

Dispense a generous amount — approximately a 2-finger rule — and apply evenly across the face and neck, spreading outward to ensure all UV-exposed areas are fully covered.

Allow to absorb fully before applying makeup.

Reapply every two hours when exposed to direct sunlight, or immediately after swimming or perspiring heavily.
