Apply as the final step of the morning skincare routine, after moisturiser and before makeup if applicable.

Twist the base of the stick to extend the product — no more than 5mm at a time to avoid breakage.

Glide the stick lightly and evenly over all areas of the face and any other areas of the body exposed to UV rays.

Blend gently with fingertips if needed to ensure even coverage.

Allow to set for at least 15–30 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply every two hours when outdoors, or immediately after swimming or perspiring heavily.
