TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a milky, deeply hydrating toner designed to nourish, soothe and brighten the skin while helping strengthen the skin barrier. Infused with brightening niacinamide, rice-bran extract and hydrating ceramides and hyaluronic acid, it delivers lasting moisture and supports a soft, dewy complexion. Its gentle, calming blend of botanical extracts helps calm and refresh skin, making it suitable for dry, dull or sensitive skin. Regular use helps prepare skin for serums/moisturizers and boosts radiance and suppleness.

After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto your palms or a cotton pad. Gently sweep over face and neck or pat into skin until fully absorbed. Use morning and evening as the first step in your skincare routine. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
