Apply the sun stick as the final step of your morning skincare routine, after moisturiser and before exposure to sunlight. Twist up the stick and glide it evenly across your face (and neck if desired) in areas exposed to UV. Re-apply every two hours when outdoors, and after sweating or towel-drying.
